Article 85 of the Code on science and innovation Supreme Council for Science and Technological Development

1.

The executive organ of the Assembly is the Supreme Council for Science and Technological Development (in continuation - Supreme Council), which activates on the base of the regulation approved by the Assembly.

2.

Supreme Council is constituted of 17 persons. The composition of the Supreme Council includes: the president of the Academy of Sciences, prim-vice-president, 2 vice-presidents and general scientific secretary of the Academy of Sciences, coordinators of sections of the Academy of Sciences, from office, 6 representatives from the scientific community, inclusively of high education institutions and of the State Agency for Intellectual Property, elected by the Assembly for 4 years (but no more than for two consecutive terms).
