The new bio remedy obtained from wine yeasts sediments

The wine yeasts sediments are the valuable row material for the large gamma of food and pharmaceutical products obtaining: bioconcentrates of B and D groups' vitamins, carbohydrates and proteins, enriched in essential amino acids, and other bioactive compounds.

Researches carried out by the collaborators from Oleobiotechnology laboratory were concluded by the method for wine yeasts sediments treatment elaboration and the obtaining of patent for vitamin-protein preparation "Prolevin", which contains sinergically complex of bioactive compounds (proteins contained essential amino acids - arginine, methyonine, lysine; carbohydrates possessed the imunostimulating effect; ergosterol; polyunsaturated fatty acids).

Experiments with fish larvae feeding with "Prolevin" preparation adding showed the stimulating effect of elaborated product.

The scientifically stuff composed of IMB collaborators: Agafia Usaty, Doctor Habilitat, laboratory chief; Lilia Topala, PhD; Lilia Molodoi, scientifically researcher ; Oleg Kiselitsa, scientifically researcher; Tamara Borisova, specialis, plans the following studies for carbohydrates preparations from wine yeasts sediments elaboration.
