During the meeting of the two Classes held the 15th of June 2007, the "Accademia Nazionale dei Lincei" decided to award four "Prof. Luigi Tartufari" Prizes, for the academic year 2007-2008.
The four Prizes, amounting to € 25.000 each, will be awarded in the following discipline: Mathematics, Physics, Chemistry and Biology.

The Prize will be conferred acting on the proposal of a commission nominated by the Academy. The Lincei members and the Presidents of Italian and foreign Academies are kindly invited to designate candidates.
